Like every year, we offer you a week of classes to boost your metabolism before winter. And this year, we are taking over the "Evolve" studio in the heart of Geneva. The room is fully equipped and will allow us to coach you with fun and playful group workouts! On the agenda: strength training, cardio & challenge! All in a fun and friendly atmosphere. The studio is equipped with a changing room and showers. The code of the building will be communicated to you by email.
