New year, new resolution! I'm offering you a class with less high-intensity cardio and longer muscle-strengthening phases with heavier weights! In this class, you'll alternate between “cardio” phases, which you can adapt as you wish, and weight-bearing (dumbbells between 3 and 12 kg) and body-weight phases. Everything is timed and includes muscle recovery phases, for even greater benefits and results!
